How do I place an order?
EFABLINK doesn't take orders directly through the website. Call or email our sales team with what you need, and we'll come back with options, pricing and lead times.
Can I see the furniture in person before deciding?
Yes — visit our exclusive showroom in Lucknow, or ask us to send a digital portfolio if a visit isn't practical.
Do you sell online?
No. Every project is quote-based and handled directly by our sales team, so pricing and specifications reflect your actual requirement rather than a fixed catalogue price.
Can furniture be customised?
Yes. Our design team works through options with you, including bespoke pieces built in-house. Roughly a fifth of what we deliver is made in-house; the rest comes through established partner brands.
Do you only work with corporate clients?
No — alongside our corporate work, we've furnished homes for thousands of residential clients.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver and install pan-India through a partnered logistics network, with offices in Lucknow, Noida and Gurugram.
Do you manufacture the furniture yourselves?
Partly. About a fifth of orders are produced in-house; the rest are sourced through established national and international partner brands so you're not limited to one factory's range.
What happens if there's an issue with my order?
We run an open-door policy on complaints — reach out to our sales or support email and it's handled directly, not through a ticketing queue.
Do you only do furniture, or facility work too?
Both. Alongside furniture, we offer civil works, electrical, plumbing, facility management, remodeling, vertical gardening and emergency disinfection — so the same team can stay involved after installation.
